AVI files were introduced by Microsoft in the early 90s. They are a popular video format. AVI uses less compression than some other file formats (eg. MPEG, MOV), which means resulting file size can be much larger.
When you edit or compress your AVI videos using VEED, they will be automatically converted to MP4 format.
Most mail servers have a limit of 20 - 25MB for sending file attachments. If your AVI file is larger than that, you might not be able to send it via email. The best thing to do is to compress it using AVI compression tools.
